My dentist recommended that I purchase a Sonicare toothbrush from Philips. Apparently the spinning head applies a lot of pressure and reduces all sorts of dental problems. I don’t remember the details but I want to buy one.
So I run a google search and find the Philips site for Sonicare. There are 8 versions! Worse, they don’t list the prices. So I now have to compare and contrast 8 different versions of a toothbrush, and look up each price separately (at a retailer like Amazon), then weigh all the factors and make a decision.
Alternatively, I could just use the free toothbrush my dentist gave me.
I am like most Americans: I’m lazy and I hate making decisions. Why force me to decide between 8 different versions? It is possible to have too many choices.
Philips claims to be all about “Sense and Simplicity.” Yeah, right.
I hate you, Philips.
