I joined Flickr.  It is vastly superior to Picasa, if you care about tagging, geo-tagging, direct-to-blog, and community features.  I’m considering transferring all of my pictures from Picasa to Flickr.

Picasa has 2 advantages: 1) its desktop application makes photo organization easy, and 2) the web albums are easy to navigate (good for old people like my parents). 

But Flickr is jaw dropping in its capabilities.  And it isn’t all that confusing to run both simultaneously.
