I have 4 requirements.
1.  Shell/liner design for maximum flexibility.

2.  Shell should be water-resistant so it doubles as a raincoat.

3.  Can be worn with jeans or a suit.

4.  Costs less than $200.

Anyone have any advice on where to find something like this?
