As I type, large sweaty men are moving boxes and furniture into a moving truck.  This is great.  I’m really looking forward to watching them wrestle our mattress down the stairs.  It sucks to move mattresses.

This concept of paying people to move stuff is very powerful.  They get value.  I get value.  We exchange value.
